Hmmmm let me think what do i do for a living.My life story is a angel was born on march 30,1995 named Ty-liese Nicole Wright. Since then I had a goal in my life to do my best and make it to the top. Which I'm already half way there. I graduated from fifth grade in '05 in welcomed myself to middle school ,where i learned how to be a little women.Over the three years I been in this school I learned things I thought I will never found out. Not just school work school spirit.Now I'm in 8th grade about to go to 9th .Yess in a few years i will be a grown women in college in Atlanta . The I'm going to come back to new york for a little while have a couple of kids and settle down with my husband and move back down south.This is my life and my future life. Hopefully you like my life story.

* Always come to school on time and not absent so much because it could afffect you later on
* Do all your projects because it is a big part of your grade and high schools will look at them
* Make shore you pass all your classes because you might get left back over one class
* Good behaviors will let your teacher know that you here to work not to play
* Wear your dress code
* Do your best to let your high school know how good you are

* choose your high school with good thought because your going to be there for 4 years

xX Megan and Ty-liese favorite essential question Xx

Our favorite essential question is what is our ''rights''?This was our favorite question because we understand it right away. We like that the most because it was easier to understand then why do we fight? We learned a lot from that ,we learned that right to vote, we look through the constitution to understand the commandments. We like the trails the most. In the time we defending our rights .Like for example case one that we had was rights to privacy the(veronica vs action '95) the main issue was over drugs and it seem that mainly the athletes were the ones using drugs. In response the school had a drug testing program. In order to be on a team a student would have to get a drug test.The athletes felt that their rights was there privacy was being violated.
This is something that if you did not know you rights that you could of easily been violated. In class we had our own cases and trail and had to defend our self's with the laws from the constitution. We didn't enjoy reading the constitution but it turns out this can really help us in the future. We didn't enjoy answering question about it either but it help us to remember stuff from it all this stuff payed off and slowly we both got through it . We came a long way and it also will pay off when we graduate.
We honesty think that we learned a lot in 8Th since last year we learned stuff that high school kids are learning we answer the three question most adults can not. These questions were what are our right? which is me and Ty-liese's favorite question, way do we fight, and how and way have our rights as Americans expanded over time.

xX Ty-liese's Writing Reflection Xx

In the beginning of the year i really didn't like writing but now i found it very easy to do. I grew as a writer a lot because i use to hate sittin in the class for a hour writing about my book or something we or learning about .Until i found out writing can help me in many ways not just my grades. I found out writing can help you get whatever is on your mind out,it can free your thoughts and accept for saying something out loud you can right it down.And with that u can also get a high grade on your work. Writing has help me in many ways it has help me also get inner problems out .I can also compare to a character in my book and ask questions with writing.I really enjoy writing and next year im probably going to be a better writer

and maybe i will start a book to young kids about writing and how it can effect your reading and yourself.
When im writing I usaully writing a log.A log is somthing i write in after i read. I used to hate logs now i found out i could write alot of things in logs i can compare the character to my self and ask questions ,also make opinions about whats going to happen next. And I found out that logs can help your reading.

I always like writing since i started writing in 3rd grade and since then i kept growing as a writer. The only thing that didn't like about writing is taking notes in humanities,because it takes a long time and it make my hands heart. I think that was the thing I didn't I enjoy. I always like writing about my book and then reading aloud because it lets me get my thoughts out about the book . I really got used to taking notes so know I kind of like it. I always go home and rewrite my notes to other can understand it because when I am in class I write fast to I wont be behind . that used to help me remember the notes. I really enjoy learning about the rights and reading the constitution and writing about it. The most the I like during the year was making a magazine article about my ancestors. I think if I had more time to do it it could of been better. The most thing i like about writing is writing in my diary that kind of funny because that kind of kiddish but i enjoy it because that me. It get stuff of my mind that bothering me.

The way that I feel about reading is , I always liked reading and now I find that get even more out of books.The book this year that I really like the most is November blues by Sharon.m.draper.This book is important because it tells story about a young girl who that got pregnant and her boy friend died and she don't know what to do she fells stuck. One thing about independent reading in humanities class 09' is that after reading we will talk about our books and ask questions. In the begging of the year I didn't like reading for 30 minutes because I didn't find books interesting but now I know how to find books I like. Usually when I'm about to read and new book I feel like"not again why cant we just watch movies".Until friends show me good book that I could read then I will start feeling good about reading a book.some issues I think teenagers often face when reading is finding quiet areas to read in.When teens are at home its often loud or people always asking then to do something and stop sitting around doing nothing. Another one of my issues with reading was usually I would have lots of homework to and I don't have time for reading.And thats how i grew not to like reading.But to get away from this issues talk to friends .teachers, to let them know why you feel this way about reading and maybe they will suggest an idea. And beacuse of me taking time out to go you a friend house and read with a friend ,it really helped me alot with reading.
Consequently, reading really help me a lot with personal issues and become a better reader and a better person.I like a lot of non-fiction books and stuff about life .Because it makes me think twice about something before i do it. I think I'm very prepaid for high school reading .And next year is going to be a wonderful year.My 8th grade goals was to read 35 books ,understand the book I'm reading and visualize the book in my head .From my point of view i think i achieved all of these goals and even more.

The remarks that comes closet to the I feel about reading is I always like reading and now I find I get more out of reading books. The book this year that i liked the most out of all the books I read was monster by Walters dean Myers. What made the book interesting was that it was coming from all the characters points of view and they were on trail for murder and I found that that caught my attention even more. The thing that I like about independent reading is that we read for 30 minutes every morning and that gets me prepared for the real world. The thing I think is important to is record your reading during independent reading to you can keep track of your reading and set goal for yourself.The thing. The thing I used to find difficult is writing Reading Response but now I don't have trouble with that anymore. The things I most like to read is social issues books I find them interesting because they show me how lucky I am. Most of the books on social issues that I read is on life and always have a bad situation and teach me how to deal with stuff in the real world.Sometimes when I cant find a book in humanities class I go to the library and I do it to satisfy myself.At home sometimes when I read it takes me to a different world it separates me from all the drama in my household. This is why i enjoy reading. In the beginning of the school year I didn't enjoy it as much but know I do. I also think that reading is good it also will come in handy in the future.
